- The offer is valid 24 hrs.

- To confirm a room we ask you to send (by e-mail, fax,...) you're credit card details (name, number, expiry date, safety number at the back of your card), not by PHONE for your safety! This credit card will also be used to cover any damages in the room(s) or in the house caused during your stay. We will always first contact you when we find any damages

-  The payment of the full amount is at handover of the key in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mc or Amex).

- The cancelation fee is 25% of the booking value if you cancel more than one week in advance. If you cancel later, the cancelation fee is 100% of the booking value. When you use the form on this site to make a booking, the annulation is at no cost for 24h after sending our confirmation to you!

- You understand that we can not be available 24/24 and 7/7. To assure your optimal comfort, we have one extra pick-up place for the key. Now you can get to your key, even when nobody is at home. This is normally possible every working day between 14h and 17h, Kasteel de Bunswyck, Tiensesteenweg 343, Leuven (route description). Allways contact us before collecting the key.

- You are responsible for your own luggage and belongings that you bring to the B&B. B&B St Jacob can't be hold responsible in any way for robbery and/or damage of your personal goods, even when the room was closed.
